Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In rare cases where technical issues or payment provider delays occur, deposits may take up to 24 hours to process. We do not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and funds being returned to the source account after deducting administrative fees.
You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to KYC verification completion and minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name matching your verified identity documents.
Verified accounts enjoy withdrawal processing within 15-60 minutes on average during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). First-time withdrawals and withdrawals over Rp 5,000,000 may require additional security review and can take up to 24-48 hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed first thing the following business day.
We do not charge withdrawal fees for amounts above Rp 500,000. Withdrawals below Rp 500,000 may incur a processing fee of Rp 10,000-25,000 depending on the payment method. Your bank or e-wallet provider may charge receiving fees, which are your responsibility. We reserve the right to limit withdrawal frequency to prevent abuse (maximum 3 withdrawals per day for standard accounts).
29hoki maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in accordance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits that are withdrawn without any gaming activity will be subject to a 15% administrative fee and may trigger enhanced due diligence investigation.
We reserve the right to refuse suspicious transactions, freeze accounts pending investigation, report suspicious activity to relevant authorities, and request source of funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Accounts involved in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

All sports bets are subject to the official rules and regulations of the respective sport and competition. Bets are settled based on official results announced by the governing body of each sport. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
For football (bandar bola) betting: Full-time result bets are settled on the result after 90 minutes plus injury time, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless specified. Asian handicap bets follow standard handicap rules with 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, and higher handicap variations. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if one or more selections lose, the entire parlay loses.
